Following the closure of schools in March due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Government in Zambia has announced that schools can now reopen, subject to adherence to public health guidelines.
Learners in exam classes in primary and secondary schools, together with 3rd year students in colleges of education, will return on Monday 14 September as scheduled.
Non examination classes will reopen on Monday 21 September, and all colleges and universities will reopen on 28 September.
This is very good news, and the Project Committee are buying face masks and hand sanitiser for the children going back to school.
